Method Payments:

1. All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. This can be done by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, money order, or wire payment.

Shipping:

1. Any order outside of the United States will have an additional charge depending to what country the shipment is being sent to. International orders outside of the United States including Puerto Rico will have an additional fee starting at $20.00 US Dollars. Ordenes internaciónales fuera de los Estados Unidos incluyendo Puerto Rico tendra una tarifa adiciónal desde $20.00 Dolares

Metodo De Pagos:

1.Todas las órdenes deben ser pagadas por adelantado antes de enviar la compra. Esto puede ser hecho por Visa, Mastercard, Americano Express o Discover, United States Money Order (Giro Postal E.E.U.U), o tranferencia bancaria.

Membrecia:  El Costo de membrecia no es reembolsable ( no hay devolucion del pago de membrecia ).

 

Note: All returns should be within 7 days of the order date. Any returned merchandise will be thoroughly inspected and determined if all requirements are met for exchange, repair, credit or replacement; This may take up to 14-21 days business days from the time of your return is received.

All returns will be rejected if it does not meet the following guidelines:

 - Products which are improperly packaged

- Products returned in a non-qualified shipping container

- Products with labels removed such as brand name, UPC code, UL listing, and      

  certification labels.

- Counterfeit labels

- Items with serial number which does not match the serial number on the invoice

  of your order. (We maintain an archive of serial number tracking).

- Damaged: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards.

- Damaged: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.

- Damaged: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners

- Damaged: Torn or punctured tape seals

- CPU’s, notebooks, and any other items labeled with a security seal will not be 

  accepted for return.

Non-Defective Returns. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at our discretion within 7 days of the original invoice date.

Software and Consumables. SOFTWARE AND CONSUMABLES (TONER CARTRIDGES, INK CARTRIDGES AND DIGITAL MEDIA) ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Ship and Insure Your Return. We recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning. In the event the package is lost or damage in transit. We suggest you use a  traceable carrier such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. etc. that can provide you with  “proof of delivery”. We will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer and is non-refundable. At our discretion we may reimburse shipping charges related to defective products. 

Check Your Return. ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All packing materials, drivers, books, cables, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and Our return policy will NOT BE HONORED in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged.

Membership:  the membership fee  is non-refundable. There are no refunds for the membership fee.
